Measured Building surveys provide an accurate representation of all aspects of any Building or structure.
Floor plans, elevation drawings and building sections allow the client and other professionals to form optimum layouts and designs.
We use MBS specialist software. Linked to a palm top computer an electronic EDM and/or a Leica Bluetooth Disto, there is no more accurate way to survey a building.

Elevation surveys as a stand alone service enable comprehensive street scenes showing full façade details to be built up. This is particularly useful when Planners need to see how a proposed development will affect the surrounding infrastructure.
As part of a full measured building survey, they can be linked to floor plans at the appropriate elevations to create a three-dimensional model.
SECTIONS
Sections allow comparisons between floors to be easily made. The alignment of structural columns or floor to floor level changes can be immediately assessed.
Sections are usually generated from the floor plan and elevation details of a measured building survey. However, they can be produced as a stand alone service when required.
